New & Improved and Tina & Shaun

Welcome to the new and improved blog for my work! I've finally got a logo that I love so I decided it was time for a total studio revamping to match my new logo to the works! I had an AMAZING session tonight with Tina and Shaun and I just can't wait to share these with you all! have a look!

California Dreamin'

This has been one of my ALL time favorite weddings and for obvious reasons!

When Adam and Merilli asked me to shoot their New Port Beach Wedding I thought

... hmmm....

Cali in December...

YES PLEASE!

They flew me out the morning of their wedding and guess what?..

.yup.

My plane pulled 30 feet out of the hanger and then stopped for an hour and half while we fixed the plane

.stress.

My Bride was freaking out and I wasn't sure if I was going to make it in time for the ceremony!

Luckily I landed in New Port half way through the ceremony and caught a cab JUST in time to see them come out of the temple

.phew.

More to come on this wedding I promise!

I gotta go to a Bridal Session now though

winter lighting

I have such a love hate relationship with winter and photography

the lighting is always fabulous all day long but it's so much harder to have sessions

.cause lets face it.

WHO wants to go out in the cold for photos? 

(especially when you've got little ones)

Bridals are always spectacular in the snow!

 but brides don't know how worth it it is to go out and freeze or wait till the yucky spring comes in.

I wish summer and winter could come to some kind of an agreement on lighting 

until then we'll just continue to hide inside
